THE 1999 SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION (No. 2) ACT 1999

Passed by the National Parliament this twenty-fifth day of November 1999.


Assented to in Her Majesty's name and on Her Majesty's behalf this tenth day of December 1999.

AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE TWENTY-SIX MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND AND TWO-HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SEVEN DOLLARS FOR THE SERVICE OF THE YEAR ENDING 31ST DECEMBER 1999.


ENACTED by the National Parliament of Solomon Islands.


Short Title.


1. This Act may be cited as the 1999 Supplementary Appropriation (No. 2) Act 1999.


Authorisation of issue from the Consolidated Fund $26,318, 257 to the service of 1999.


2. The issue from the Consolidated Fund is hereby authorised of a sum of twenty-six million, three hundred and eighteen thousand two hundred and fifty-seven dollars to be applied to the service of the year ending 31st December 1999.


Appropriation.


3. The sum specified in the preceding section shall be appropriated for the supply of the Heads specified, and in the amounts respectively specified in relation thereto, in the Schedule to this Act.


Contingencies Warrant.


4. The total sums authorised by contingencies warrants issued by the Minister under section 7 of the 1999 Appropriation Act 1998 as amended by the 1999 Supplementary Appropriation Act 1999 in respect of Heads of Recurrent Expenditure shall be increased by a further two million dollars.
