ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION

Certain instruments deemed to be transfers (Amendment of Section 37)

AN ACT

entitled

Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 2000,

Being an Act to amend the Stamp Duties Act (Chapter 117),

MADE by the National Parliament to be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January, 2000.

CERTAIN INSTRUMENTS DEEMED TO BE TRANSFERS (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 37).

Section 37(6)(a) of the Principle Act is amended by repealing the comma" ," after the word "stock-in-trade" and inserting a new comma"," after the word "chattels".
