SCHEDULE.

AN ACT

entitled

Supply Act 1997,

Being an Act to grant and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund a sum for the General Public Service for the financial year commencing 1 January 1998,

MADE by the National Parliament.

  1. ISSUE AND APPLICATION OF K635, 940,100.00.

Subject to Subdivision VIII.1.A (the Parliament and Finance) of the Constitution, the Minister may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the General Public Service for the financial year commencing 1 January 1998, the sum of K635, 940,100.00.

  1. APPROPRIATION OF GRANT.

The sum appropriated by this Act is appropriated for the purpose and services expressed in the Schedule in relation to the financial year commencing 1 January 1998.


SCHEDULE.

Sec. 2.

Advances.

To enable the Minister to make advances to public officers and to meet expenditure for the general public service for the fiscal year commencing 1st January 1998, particulars of which afterwards will be included in an Appropriation Act.
