ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION

Repeal of Section 17.

AN ACT

entitled

Public Works Committee (Amendment) Act 1995,

Being an Act to amend the Public Works Committee Act (Chapter 28),

MADE by the National Parliament to be deemed to have come into operation on 7 March 1995.

REPEAL OF SECTION 17.

Section 17 of the Principal Act is repealed.
