An Act

entitled

Public Service (Management)(Amendment) Act 2014,

Being an Act to amend the Public Service (Management) Act 2014,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation in accordance with a notice in the National Gazette by the Head of State, acting with, and in accordance with, the advice of the Minister.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS OF DISTRICT ADMINISTRATORS (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 66).

Section 66 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing Paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) and replacing them with the following:

"(b) subject to Section 21 of the District Development Authority Act 2014, the Chief Executive Officer of the District Development Authority.".
