AN ACT

entitled

Public Finances (Management)(Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the Public Finances (Management) Act 1995 to provide for Kumul Minerals Company and Kumul Petroleum Company and for related purposes,

MADE by the National Parliament.

INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2).

The Principal Act is amended in Section 2, under the definition of "public body" by inserting "or" at the end of Paragraph (e) and insert the following paragraphs after Paragraph (e):

"(f) any Kumul Minerals Company, as that term "is defined in Section 2 of the Kumul Minerals Holdings Limited Authorisation Act 2015; or

(g) any Kumul Petroleum Company, as that term "is defined in Section 2 of the Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited Authorisation Act 2015;".
