AN ACT

entitled

Public Finance (Management)(Amendment) Act 2008.

Being an Act to amend the Public Finances (Management) Act 1995,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. REFERENCE TO NATIONAL TENDERS (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 41).

Section 41 of the Principal Act is amended by -

(a) repealing "K1,000,000.00" and substituting "K10,000,000,00", and

(b) deleting the words "national tenderers" and replacing it with "citizen companies".

2. AMENDMENT OF PRINCIPAL ACT.

The Principal Act is amended by repealing the words "national tenderrers" whenever the words appear in the Act and substituting in their stead the words "citizen companies".
