"1A. SCOPE OF THE ACT.".

AN ACT

entitled

National Cultural Property (Preservation)(Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the National Cultural Property (Preservation) Act (Chapter 156),

MADE by the National Parliament.

NEW SECTION 1A.

The Principal Act is amended by adding after Section 1 the following new section -

"1A. SCOPE OF THE ACT.
This Act applies to national cultural property found anywhere in Papua New Guinea, including on or under the seabed to the outer limit of the exclusive economic zone.".
