2. Transfer of monies.

AN ACT

entitled

Mineral Resources Stabilization Fund (Repeal) Act 2000,

Being an Act to repeal the Mineral Resources Stabilization Fund Act (Chapter 194) and for related purposes,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. REPEAL.

The following Acts are repealed:-

(a) Mineral Resources Stabilization Fund Act (Chapter 194);
(b) Mineral Resources Stabilization Fund (Amendment) Act 1986;
(c) Mineral Resources Stabilization Fund (Amendment) Act 1994;
(d) Mineral Resources Stabilization Fund (Amendment) Act 1999.

2. TRANSFER OF MONIES.

Any monies standing to the credit of the Fund immediately before the repeal effected by Section 1 are, on that repeal, transferred to the Government bank account known as "the Waigani Public Account".
