ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Royalties (Amendment of Section 148).

AN ACT

entitled

Mining (Amendment) Act 2000,

Being an Act to amend the Mining Act 1992,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation on 1 January 2001.

1. ROYALTIES (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 148).

Section 148 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing the reference "Mining (Royalties) Act 1992" and replacing it with the following:-

"provisions of this Act.",
