AN ACT

entitled

Income Tax (Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the Income Tax Act 1959,

MADE by the National Parliament and deemed to have come into operation on 28 November 2000.

OFFICERS TO OBSERVE SECRECY (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 9).

Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended in Subsection (4) by repealing Paragraph (g).
