Disqualifications from office (Amendment of Section 12).

AN ACT

entitled

Independent Consumer and Competition Commission (Amendment) Act 2014,

Being an Act to amend the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission Act 2002 to be consistent with the Constitution and the Organic Law on the Duties and Responsibilities of Leadership on leadership issues, and for related purposes,

MADE by the National Parliament to be deemed to have come into operation on 17 February 2014.

DISQUALIFICATIONS FROM OFFICE (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 12).

Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended in Paragraph (f) by inserting immediately after the word "office" the following words:

"and recommended for dismissal".
