ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS.

1. Distribution of Profits (Amendment of Section 67).
2. Betting Tax (Amendment of Section 67A).

AN ACT

entitled

Gaming Machine (Amendment) Act 1999,

Being an Act to amend the Gaming Machine Act 1993,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation on 1 September 1999.

1. DISTRIBUTION OF PROFITS (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 67).

Section 67 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) in Subsection (2)(a), by repealing the percentage "35%" and replacing it with the following:-

• "15%": and

(b) in Subsection (3), by repealing the percentage "40%" and replacing it with the following:-

• "60%".

2. BETTING TAX (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 67A).

Section 67A(2) of the Principal Act is amended by repealing the percentage "30%" and replacing it with the following:-

"60%".
