AN ACT

entitled

Forestry (Timber Permits Validation) Act 2007,

Being an Act to validate grant of timber permits and other grants or acts under the Forestry Act 1991,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. INTERPRETATION.

In this Act, "National Forest Plan" and "National Forest Inventory" have the same meaning as the Forestry Act 1991.

2. VALIDATION.

No timber permit or other grant, or any act done, under the Forestry Act 1991, shall be invalidated by reason only of the absence or expiration of, or any defect in a National Forest Plan or a National Forest Inventory.
