Interpretation (Amendment of Section 1).

No.50 of 2015.

AN ACT

entitled

Fauna (Protection and Control)(Amendment) Act 2015,

Being an Act to amend the Fauna (Protection and Control) Act (Chapter 154),

MADE by the National Parliament.

INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 1).

Section 1 of the Principal Act is amended by deleting the definition of "land" and replacing it with the following new definition:

""land" includes land covered by water and the waters of Papua New Guinea;".

I hereby certify that the above is a fair print of the Fauna (Protection and Control) (Amendment) Act 2015 which has been made by the National Parliament.
