ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Amendment of Schedule 1.

AN ACT

entitled

Excise Tariff (Budget Provisions) Act 1993,

Being an Act to amend the Excise Tariff Act (Chapter 107),

MADE by the National Parliament to be deemed to have come into operation on 16 November 1993.

AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1.

Item 4 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by repealing the rate of duty "K4.00 per litre" and replacing it with the following:-

"K6.00 per litre".

I hereby certify that the above is a fair print of the Excise Tariff (Budget Provisions) Act 1993 which has been made by the National Parliament.
