ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION

Securities (Amendment of Section 8).

AN ACT

entitled

Excise (Budget Provisions) Act 1993,

Being an Act to amend the Excise Act (Chapter 105),

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation on 1 January 1994.

SECURITIES (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 8).

Section 8(4) of the Principal Act is amended by repealing the words "three years" and replacing them with the following:-

"12 months".
