ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Repeal and replacement of Section 64.

AN ACT

entitled

Environment (Amendment) Act 2002,

Being an Act to amend the Environment Act 2000,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation on the coming into operation of the Principal Act.

REPEAL AND REPLACEMENT OF SECTION 64.

Section 64 of the Principal Act is repealed and is replaced with the following:—

"64. DISPENSING WITH NOTIFICATION/REFERRAL AND CONSULTATION REQUIREMENTS.
The Regulation may provide for notification, referral and consultation requirements in relation to applications and proposed permits to be dispensed with in such circumstances as prescribed.".
