ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Regulations (Amendment of Section 6).

AN ACT

entitled

Departure Tax (Penalties Amendment) Act 2001,

Being an Act to amend the Departure Tax Act 1980,

MADE by the National Parliament to come into operation on passage of the Bill.

REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 6).

Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by repealing the figure "K50.00" and replacing it with the following:—

"K500.00.".
