AN ACT

entitled

Departure Tax (2017 Budget) (Amendment) Act 2016,

Being an Act to amend the Departure Tax Act 1980,

MADE by the National Parliament and deemed to come into operation on 1 January 2017.

DEPARTURE TAX (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2).

Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended in Subsection (2), Paragraph (a), by repealing the figure "30.00" and replacing it with "114.00".
