An Act

entitled

Customs Tariff (Amendment) Act 2014.

Being an Act to amend the Customs Tariff Act 1992,

MADE by the National Parliament and deemed to come into operation on 1^st June 2014.

1. NEW SUB - HEADING (AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 2).

The Principal Act is amended in Chapter 2 of Schedule 1 by inserting the following new sub-heading, tariff item and description of goods and the rate on excise immediately after Tariff Item 02.07,its description, duty rate and remarks –

2. RATES OF IMPORT DUTY (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1).

The Principal Act is amended in Chapter 44 of Schedule 1 by repealing Tariff item 44.08, its description, duty rates and remarks and replacing it with the following new tariff item, description, and duty rate.
