An Act

entitled

Criminal Code (Amendment) Act 2014.

Being an Act to amend the Criminal Code Act (Chapter 262),

MADE by the National Parliament.

IMMATURE AGE (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 30).

Section 30 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) in Subsection (1) by repealing the word "seven" and replacing it with the following:

"ten"; and

(b) by repealing Subsection (2).
