ARRANGEMENT OF SECTION.

Constitution of National Conservation Council (Amendment of Section 4).

AN ACT

entitled

Conservation Areas (Amendment) Act 1992,

Being an Act to amend the Conservation Areas Act (Chapter 362),

MADE by the National Parliament.

CONSTITUTION OF NATIONAL CONSERVATION COUNCIL (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 4).

Section 4(2) (b) of the Principal Act is repealed and is replaced with the following:-

"(b) include at least one member nominated by the Premiers' Council established by Section 82 of the Organic Law on Provincial Government; and".
