SCHEDULE.

An Act

entitled

Appropriation (Judiciary Services 2017) Act 2016,

Being an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund sums for the Judiciary Services Operational and Capital expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2017,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. GRANT OF K207,600,563.00.

Subject to authorisation from the Minister, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the operational and capital expenditure of the Judiciary for the year ending 31 December 2017 the sum of K207,600,563.00.

2. APPROPRIATION.

Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the financial year ending 31 December 2017 are apprpriated for the operational and capital expenditure of the Agency listed in the Schedule to this Act.
