SCHEDULE.

Appropriation (National Parliament 2013) Act 2012,

Being an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund a sum for the National Parliament for recurrent expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2013,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. GRANT OF K117, 757, 300.00.

Subject to authorization from the Minister, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the recurrent activities of the National Parliament for the year ending 31 December 2013 the sum of K117, 757, 300.00.

2. APPROPRIATION.

Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the financial year ending 31 December 2013 are appropriated for the recurrent activities of the agency listed in the Schedule in the financial year ending 31 December 2013.

Estimates of Expenditure for the year ending 31 December 2013.
