AN ACT

entitled

Appropriation (National Parliament 2011) Act 2010.

Being an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund sums for the National Parliament for recurrent activities and National Development projects for the year ending 31 December 2011,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. GRANT OF K108,058,700.

Subject to authorization from the Minister, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the recurrent activities of the National Parliament for the year ending 31 December 2011 the sum of 108,058,700.

2. GRANT OF K3,615,000.

(1) Subject to authorisation from the Minister, the Secretary for Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for National Development projects for the year ending 31 December 2011 an estimated sum of K3,615,000.

(2) This sum is to be sourced from donor grants and in the event that the amount appropriated is not received in the year ending 31 December 2011 from the respective donors, this appropriation may not be issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund and will lapse.

3. APPROPRIATION

Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the financial year ending 31 December 2011 are appropriated for the recurrent activities and National Development Projects of the agencies listed in the Schedule in the financial year ending 31 December 2011.
