entitled

Appropriation (PNG LNG Project 2013) Act 2012,

Being an Act to authorized the raising and expenditure of moneys for the purposes of financing the State's participation in the PNG Liquefied Natural Gas Project,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. AUTHORITY TO BORROW K305, 000,000.00.

The State may, between 1 January 2013, and 31 December 2013, both dates inclusive borrow money not exceeding K305, 000,000.00.

2. PURPOSES FOR WHICH MONEY BORROWED UNDER SECTION 1 MAY BE USED.

Money borrowed under Section 1 must only be used for the purposes of funding the State's participation in the PNG Liquefied Natural Gas Project.
