SCHEDULE.

AN ACT

entitled

Appropriation (Judiciary) Act 1995,

Being an Act to grant and apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund a sum for the services of the Judiciary for recurrent expenditure for the year ending 31 December 1996, and to appropriate the supplies granted for that year,

MADE by the National Parliament.

1. GRANT OF K19,731,000.

Subject to authorization from the Minister, the Secretary for Finance may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply for the Service of the Judiciary for recurent expenditure for the financial year ending 31 December 1996 the sum of K19,731,000.

2. APPROPRIATION.

Sums granted by this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the services of the Financial Year Ending 31 December 1996 are appropriated for the purposes and services expressed in the Schedule in relation to the financial year ending 31 December 1996.

Estimates of Expenditure for the year ending 31 December 1996.
