Arms (Fees) Regulations 2005
PURSUANT to the Arms Act 1974, Cabinet makes the following regulations:
1 Short Title and Commencement
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Arms (Fees) Regulations 2005.
(2) These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th June 2003.
2 Fees for permits and certificates
The fees payable for the issue of permits and certificates are as follows:
| Permit to import firearm | $80.00 |
| Certificate to register firearm for the first time | $30.00 |
| Annual licence | $15.00 |
3 Repeal
The Arms Registration Fees Regulations 1985 are repealed.
