Cabinet makes the following regulations under section 33 of the Immigration Act 2014:

1 Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations No. 2 2015.

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day on which they are published in the Gazette[1].

3 Amendment of Immigration Regulations 2014

The Immigration Regulations 2014 are amended by the provisions of these Regulations.

4 Amendment of regulation 14

4.1 Omit

Regulation 14 (4) (a)

Substitute

‘is a national of a visa waiver agreement country as listed in Schedule 5’

4.2 Insert new regulation 14(5)

(5) The Minister shall from time to time, by notice in the Government Gazette, publish an updated list of visa waiver agreement countries in Schedule 5.
