Cabinet makes the following Regulations under section 44 of the Electoral Act 1965:

1 Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Electoral (Fees) Regulations 2012.

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are published in the Gazette.

3 Fee for transfer of enrolment

For section 9(4)(b) of the Act, the fee for an application for transfer of enrolment is $10.

4 Fee for nomination of candidate

For section 16(2A)(d) of the Act, the fee for the nomination of a candidate for election is $100.
