AN ACT

To amend the Supply Act 1974

(Certified: 29th August, 1974)

Enacted by the Parliament of Nauru as follows:

SHORT TITLE

1. This Act may be cited as the Supply (Amendment) Act 1974.

INTERPRETATION

2. In this Act "the principal Act" means the Supply Act 1974.

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 3 OF THE PRINCIPAL ACT

3. Section 3 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word "Two" and by inserting in substitution therefor the word "Three".

AMENDMENT OF THE SCHEDULE TO THE PRINCIPAL ACT

4. The Schedule to the principal Act is amended by deleting the whole of such Schedule and by inserting in substitution therefor the following Schedule:-
