IMMIGRATION ORDINANCE (CAP 41)
(Section 24)
IMMIGRATION (FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1988
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 24 of the Immigration Ordinance (Cap 41) the Beretitenti acting in accordance with the advice of the Cabinet hereby makes the following Regulations:-
Citation
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1988.
(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1989.
Fees to be charged
2. In respect of things done under the Ordinance there shall be paid the fees set out in the Schedule.
Discretion
3. The Minister shall have a discretion to waive any fee in a particular case.
Repeal in 28/80
4. The Immigration (Fees) Regulations 1980 are hereby repealed.

| 5. For the issue of any permit other than a visitor's permit | 20.00 |

| 6. On application for extension or variation of a permit other than a visitor's permit | 30.00 |

| 7. For "the issue of a duplicate or replacement permit | 20.00 |
| | |
| 8. For the issue of an extension of a permit or variation | 20.00 |
| | |
| 9. On lodging an appeal to the Minister | 100.00 |
