MARINE (FIJI MARINE BOARD) (REPEAL) REGULATIONS 1999

Citation and Commencement

1. -(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Marine (Fiji Marine Board) (Repeal) Regulations 1999.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st May 1999.

Repeal

2. The Marine (Fiji Marine Board) Regulations 1990 (Legal Notice No. 72 of 1991) are repealed.
