AN ACT

TO AMEND THE INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATIONS ACT

ENACTED by the Parliament of Fiji -

Short title and commencement

1. This Act may be cited as the Industrial Associations (Amendment) Act, 1994 and shall come into force on the day it is published in the Fiji Republic Gazette.

Section 5A repealed

2. Section 5A of the Industrial Associations Act (as inserted or added by Section 4 of the Industrial Associations Act (Amendment) Decree, 1991) is repealed.

Passed by the House of Representatives this twentieth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and ninety-four.

Passed by the Senate this third day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and ninety-four.
