AN ACT

FOR AN ACT TO AMEND THE ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE ADAPTATION LEVY ACT 2015

ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of Fiji—

Short title and commencement

1.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Environment and Climate Adaptation Levy (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2019.

(2) This Act comes into force on 5 August 2019.

Schedule 2 amended

2. Schedule 2 to the Environment and Climate Adaptation Levy Act 2015 is amended in the table by -

(a) in the first row, deleting "re-conditioned luxury" and substituting "used hybrid"; and
(b) after "hybrid" wherever it appears, inserting "or non-hybrid".

Passed by the Parliament of the Republic of Fiji this 6th day of August 2019.
