AN ACT

TO MAKE BUDGET AMENDMENTS TO THE EXCISE ACT 1986

ENACTED by the Parliament of the Fiji Islands-

Short title and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Excise (Budget Amendments) Act 1999.

(2) This Act is deemed to have come into force on 5th November 1999.

Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Excise Act amended

2. Part l of Schedule 2 to the Excise Act 1986 is amended in the manner specified in the Schedule to this Act.
