AN ACT

TO AMEND THE EXCISE ACT

[1st January 2006]

ENACTED by the Parliament of the Fiji Islands -

Short title; etc

1.-(1) This Act may be cited as the Excise (Budget Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2005 and comes into force on 1st January 2006.

Schedule 1 amended

2. Schedule 1 of the Excise Act 1986 is amended by adding Item No. 7 immediately after Item No. 6.

Schedule 2 amended

3. Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Excise Act 1986 is amended by adding Item No. 7 immediately after item No. 5 -
