Companies (Amendment) Decree 2010

COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) DECREE 2010
(DECREE No. 51 OF 2010)

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as President of the Republic of Fiji and Commander in Chief of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces by virtue of the Executive Authority of Fiji Decree 2009, I hereby make the following Decree -

Short title

1. This Decree may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Decree 2010.

Section 181 amended

2. Section 181 of the Companies Act (Cap. 247) ("the Act") is amended in subsection (3) by deleting "21 "and replacing it with "18".

Section 187 amended

3. Section 187 of the Act is amended in subsection (1) by deleting "21" and substituting "18".

Section 188 amended

4. Section 188 of the Act is amended in subsection (1) by deleting "21" and substituting "18".
