AN ACT

TO APPROPRIATE A SUM OF THIRTEEN MILLION, NINE HUNDRED AND FORTY TWO THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR THE SERVICES OF THE PARLIAMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2005.

ENACTED by the Parliament of the Fiji Islands-

Short title and commencement

1. This Act may be cited as the 2005 Appropriation (Parliament) Act 2004, and comes into force on 1 January 2005.

Appropriation of $13,942,500

2. A sum of $13,942,500 is to be issued from the Consolidated Fund or other funds of the State, and applied for the services of the Parliament for the year ending 31 December 2005 and such sum is to be appropriated for the purposes specified in the Schedule.
