TO REGULARISE THE REDEPLOYMENT OF EIGHTEEN MILLION, SIX HUNDRED AND SEVENTEEN THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED AND NINETY ONE DOLLARS FROM OTHER HEADS OF EXPENDITURE TO VARIOUS HEADS FOR THE SERVICES OF GOVERNMENT FOR 2004
