APPROPRIATION (SUPPLEMENTARY) ACT 2004

AN ACT


TO APPROPRIATE A FURTHER SUM OF -


(A) TEN MILLION, TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND, AND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS IN ADDITION TO THE SUM PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED TO THE SERVICES OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 31ST DECEMBER 2004; AND


(B) ONE MILLION, SIX HUNDRED AND FORTY TWO THOUSAND, AND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS IN ADDITION TO THE SUM PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED TO THE SERVICES OF PARLIAMENT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 31ST DECEMBER 2004.


ENACTED by the Parliament of the Fiji Islands -


Short title


1. This Act may be cited as the 2004 Appropriation (Supplementary) Act 2004.


Appropriation of $10,282,500


2. A further sum of $10,282,500 is appropriated and applied to the services of the Government for the period ending 31st December 2004.


Appropriation of $1,642,500


3. A further sum of $1,642,500 is appropriated and applied to the services of the Parliament for the year ending 31 December 2004.
