IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

PURSUANT to Article 73 of the Constitution of the Cook Islands and Section 5 of the Public Service Act 2009, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER

1. Title and commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Extension of Appointment of Commissioner) Order 2010, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Public Service Act 2009 ("the principal Act").

(2) This Order is deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of July 2010.

2. Extension of Appointment - The appointment of the current Public Service Commissioner Tonumaivao Navy Epati will be extended until 31 March 2011.
