IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
PURSUANT to Section 48 of the Public Service Act 2009, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER
1. Title and commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Heads of Department Selection Panel (Remuneration of Members) Order 2010.
(2) This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on the date of assent by the Queen's Representative.
2. Remuneration of Members - (1) The Members of the Heads of Department Selection panel shall be paid a flat rate fee for each sitting of the Panel he or she
attends as follows:
| (a) Chairperson | $45.00 |
| (b) Member | $30.00 |
(2) In the event the panel is required to shortlist candidates, rates will be as follows per Panel member:
| (a) | If applications for each position are between 1-10 | $50.00 |
| (b) | If applications for each position are between 11- 20 | $100.00 |
| (c) | If the application for each position exceeds 20, each panel member will receive $5 per application. | |

Attachment 1:
The Remuneration schedule for Heads of Department Selection Panel.
The Heads of Department selection panel pay structure shall be based on a flat fee per interview accordingly as follows:
| Chairperson | $45 per interview |
| Panel Member 1 | $30 per Interview |
| Panel Member 2 | $30 per Interview |
| Panel Member 3 | $30 per Interview |
In the event the panel is required to shortlist candidates, rates will be as follows per panel member:
| 1 | If applications for each position are between 1 - 10 | $50 |
| 2 | If applications for each position are between 11 - 20 | $100 |
| 3 | If the application for each position exceeds 20, each panel member will receive $5 per application. | |
