PURSUANT to Section 42(d) of the Public Service Act 1995-96, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER

1. Title - This Order maybe cited as the Public Service (Identification of Departments) Order 2008.

2. Departments subject to the provisions of the Act - Those Departments, the employees of which shall be subject to the provisions of the Public Service Act 1995-96, are listed in the Schedule hereto.

3. Revocation - The Public Service (Identification of Departments) Order 2001 is hereby revoked.
