HIS EXCELLENCY THE QUEEN'S REPRESENTATIVE IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

PURSUANT to Section 4(2), of the Public Holidays Act 1999, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

2. Palmerston Gospel Day

ORDER

1. Title - (1) This Order may be cited as the Public Holidays (Palmerston Gospel Day) Order 2008.

2. Palmerston Gospel Day - (1) The public holiday to be known as the Palmerston Gospel Day shall be on the 25^th May in each year.

(2) If in any year the Palmerston Gospel Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, Palmerston Gospel Day in that year shall be observed on the following Monday.
