PURSUANT to section 4 (2) of the Public Holidays Act 1999, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

2. Mitiaro Gospel Day

ORDER

1. Title - This Order may be cited as the Public Holidays (Mitiaro Gospel Day) Order 2008.

2. Mitiaro Gospel Day - (1) The public holiday to be known as Mitiaro Gospel Day shall be on the 22^nd of July in each year.

(2) If in any year Mitiaro Gospel Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, Mitiaro Gospel Day shall in that year be observed on the following Monday.
