At Avarua, Rarotonga, this 24^th day of April 2008

IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 4 (2) of the Public Holidays Act 1999, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

1. Title
2. Manihiki Gospel Day

ORDER

1. Title - This Order may be cited as the Public Holidays (Manihiki Gospel Day) Order 2008.

2. Manihiki Gospel Day - (1) The public holiday to be known as Manihiki Gospel Day shall be on the 8^th of August in each year.

(2) If in any year Manihiki Gospel Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, Manihiki Gospel Day shall in that year be observed on the following Monday.
