PURSUANT to Section 79 of the Limited Liability Companies Act 2008, the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1. Title and commencement - (1) These regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Companies (Fees) Regulations 2008.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1^st day of September 2008.

2. Prescribed Fees - The prescribed fees are as set out in the Schedule to these regulations.

1. Application to renew to form an LLC- Filling Fee	200
2. Application to renew terms and Certificate of Organisation	200
3. Reservation of a name	25
4. Notice of Amendment of the Articles of Organisation	50
5. Change of Name or Business Address of the Registered	25
6. Failure to a fees and/or to file a appropriate date reports resulting in the suspension of the LLC:- Reinstatement Fee - to be paid in addition to the payment of the unpaid Late filing penalty fee per month for the current year's report filed after the required reporting from the date of suspension to the date of reinstatement. Payment upon receipt of report of the LLC new Registered Agent	100 25 per month or part thereof 50
7. Filing and service fees
a. Providing an uncertified copy or extract of any document kept by the Registrar to the LLC	10
b. Providing a certificate copy of extract of any document kept by the Registrar to the LLC	25
c. For each inspection of the file of document kept by the registrar for any one LLC	15 each entity file
d. Certificate of Current Status	25
8. Dissolving - Confirmation of dissolution	25
9. Transfer of Domicile to the Cook Islands	200
10.Annual fee for registration of an Auditor	100
