IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

PURSUANT to sections 1(3) and 36(1) of the Cook Islands National Superannuation Act 2000, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.

ORDER

1. Title and commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Cook Islands National Superannuation Fund Order (1) 2006.

(2) This order shall come into force on 1 February 2006.

2. Interpretation - In this Order - the Categories refer to:

(a) “AE 001 members”, means all employees of Small Business Enterprise Centre;

(b) “AB 001 members”, means all employees of WESPAC Banking Corporation (Cook Islands);

(c) “AB 002 members”, means all employees of ANZ Banking Group Ltd (Cook Islands);

(d) “AB 003 members”, means all employees of Wall Street Banking Corporation Ltd;

(e) “AT 001 members”, means all employees of Southpac Trust Ltd;

(f) “AT 002 members”, means all employees of Zetland Trust (Cook Islands) Ltd;

(g) “AT 003 members”, means all employees of Trustnet (Cook Islands) Ltd;

(h) “AT 004 members”, means all employees of Cook Islands Trust Corporation Ltd;

(i) “AT 005 members”, means all employees of HSBC Trustee (Cook Islands) Ltd;

(j) “AT 006 members”, means all employees of ASIACITI Trust Pacific Ltd.

3. Application of the Act. The Cook Islands National Superannuation Fund Act 2000 shall apply to the following entities:

(a) Small Business Enterprise Centre and its' employees;

(b) WESPAC Banking Corporation (Cook Islands) and its' employees;

(c) ANZ Banking Group Ltd (Cook Islands) and its' employees;

(d) Wall Street Banking Corporation Ltd and its' employees;

(e) Southpac Trust Ltd and its' employees;

(f) Zetland Trust (Cook Islands) Ltd and its' employees;

(g) Trustnet (Cook Islands) Ltd and its' employees;

(h) Cook Islands Trust Corporation Ltd;

(i) HSBC Trustee (Cook Islands) Ltd and its' employees;

(j) ASIACITI Trust Pacific Ltd and its' employees.
